Storlien is situated 620 meters above sea level, close to the Norwegian border, and offers spectacular mountain views. The area is characterized by its proximity to magnificent alpine landscapes with reindeer grazing lands, as well as direct access to ski lifts, ski and snowmobile trails, and the renowned Storliens Högfjällshotell. With approximately one hour’s travel time to Trondheim Airport, which offers direct flights to destinations including London and Paris, the area is increasingly opening up to an expanding international market. This is reflected in the growing number of visitors and the rising interest in the destination.
The project comprises 53 undeveloped plots strategically positioned on an attractive mountainside, on the eastern side adjacent to Storliens Högfjällshotell. The adopted detailed development plan allows for generous building rights, creating excellent conditions for flexible and attractive development for both holiday homes and permanent residences. The plan enables a carefully considered expansion of the area with a focus on mountain living in harmony with the surrounding natural environment.
