The area is currently not a building plot intended for new development. Any works and changes require arrangements with the conservator of monuments.
The status of a monument is associated not only with obligations, but also with benefits:
exemption from real estate tax (in accordance with Article 7(1)(6) of the Local Taxes and Fees Act),
the possibility of applying for subsidies for conservation and renovation works up to 50100% of expenditures (on the basis of the Act on the Protection of Monuments and Care of Monuments).
