During the restoration works in 1898, the park was regulated. After World War II, the property was nationalized and parceled out, and until 1977 the building housed a primary school.

For the next 20 years, the palace was devastated, until 1998, when it was purchased by private investors.

To this day, the facility has been successively restored.
