Beeftink's hand is visible in many places, including this street, and here he was inspired by the English Cottage style, which was very popular in that era. Especially in the green capsules that the Achterhoek is so rich in, this trend did well. Large roofs with rounded thatched roofs and detailed facades, windows with rods and a spacious living program, these were the ingredients with which Beeftink shaped this elegant villa in 1920.
