Between luxury and tradition, Courchevel

In the Cospillot district of Courchevel 1850, this amazing chalet has an unobstructed view on the valley, the Dent du Villard mountain and the glaciers of Bellecôte and La Vanoise. Designer Suzanne Capezzone created a perfect blend of refined contemporary style and alpine tradition (wood and exposed stone) which accomodates 10 people over three levels and 600 sq m. The lower floor houses an indoor infinity pool and lounge with large openings, a hammam, a wine cellar, a bedroom with a private bathroom and a dressing. Four other suites, complete with with iPads, Bose speakers and wifi, and a maid’s room are on the upper floor, with two large living rooms and a majestic fireplace upstairs. “Large bay windows bring out the 4-m wide clearance,” Cimalpes stresses. A big bar, a library and a welcoming dining room round out the second floor. Next to the slopes, the chalet is fenced by fir trees. Equipped with a lift, it comes with vast balconies, a terrace and outdoor speakers.
