We specialise in the sale of luxury properties in the Provence region with two offices in Bonnieux and Eygalières. There’s a strong enthusiasm for the luxury estate marketplace in the Alpilles and Luberon areas : quality of life, climate, environment and peace are key elements. We lately joined the Savills network consisting of 600 agencies in 60 countries. Half of our roster of clients are foreign citizens. Through Savills, we reach buyers in Dubai, Singapore, Hong Kong and the US, and a vast majority of
English-speaking clientele. In 2015 and during the first quarter of 2016, we sold 3 or 4 estates at prices ranging from €2m and €5m, including a typical Provence house in Maussane-les-Alpilles. Today, a property close to a village, with low household maintenance, well restored and a large garden, can reach up to €3m.
