Located in the 7th district, the 1,800-sq m listed hôtel de Chambon, built in 1820, was renovated by architect Guillaume Trouvé and interior designer Jacques Garcia. The property houses a 1930s theatre, a swimming pool, and orange-grove-type dining room seating up to 80 guests and five splendid appartements in the upper floors. The refurbishing of the theatre, in a contemporary style, was done under the supervision of artist Bernard Quentin. A genuine work of art, this loft features four rooms dispatched over three floors and a glass house with a hanging garden drawn by landscaper Gil Primard. “A countriside house at the heart of Paris!,” Daniel Féau Saint-Germain-des- Prés says.
