Interview Claude Cayla, Director of Catella Residential

Launched by Ingvar Kamprad, the Ikea founder, Catella Residential is a subsidiary of Catella Europe. We sell and acquire real estate properties for institutional clients. Our offers includes buildings up to € 16m, apartments above € 1m and other outstanding estates. Currently, we have nine buildings and 230 apartments on our slate in Paris and the close suburbs, in addition to townhouses. We recently sold the famous Hotel Pozzo di Borgo, here in Paris.
