We recently sold a 92 sq m apartment rue Charlot in a 17th century townhouse with a 20 sq m private
terrace and view over a formal garden for €1,35m. Rue Amelot, a splendid 144 sq m apartment on the upper floor was acquired for €1,1m. Our roster of foreign investors for the Marais area includes US and Latin America citizens. nowadays, with less buyers,
we strongly recommend our clients to sell at the right price and not overestimate their properties.
