Most of our ten branches are located on the Riviera, including one in St. Tropez, and in Luberon. Luxury real estate is a thriving business in the South of France, and prices have returned to their pre-crisis level. A five-room house with 3,000-sq m of land will set you back €5M on the Riviera (where 85% of our clients are from Scandinavia, Russia and Germany), but only €2M in Luberon (just 2.5 hours from Paris by train). Our company has also set up partnerships in Gstaad, Marbella, Aspen, London and New York.
