Our 15 Paris-based agencies specialise in luxury properties located in the city's most sought-after districts, including the Marais, 6th, 7th and 16th arrondissements, as well as in upscale suburbs such as Neuilly and Boulogne. We recently sold a 200-sqmapartment in the Saint-Germain-des-Prés area for €4m. Our international clients, including citizens from emerging countries such as China and Brazil, still consider Paris a safe place to invest. However, France’s tax policy seems to be curbing foreign investments. Our group is now focusing on their next development, the recently-launched Vaneau Côte d’Azur. We also plan to open offices in select European capital cities.
