Our properties generally have an open outlook, and some feature terraces. Our international clients, which include Russian, Latin America citizens, as well as nationals from the Gulf region, still consider Paris a safe place to invest. By contrast, our French clients have adopted a wait-and-see attitude following the actual uncertain economic context.
