Our company has ten offices covering Western Paris (7th, 15th, 16th and 17th districts, Neuilly, Boulogne and Levallois). We will open our flagship store on Place du Costa Rica, in the 16th. Our offers include middle- and high-end to luxury, two-to-fourroom family apartments, private mansions or town houses. Investors and well-off French families represent the majority of our clients, with some Swiss, British and Moroccan citizens. We have an 18-year expertise and perfect knowledge of our geographical sector. The bulk of our sales go for + or -3% of our estimation, in a short time span. The Parisian market is holding its own because of the lack of luxury properties on offer.
