Being a subsidiary of Féau, which specialises in luxury estate for an international clientele, and through our afilliation with Christie’s or our partnerships with Luxury Portfolio, we manage most of the beautiful properties in Paris :60%of the €7m+ market and 50%of the €4-7m market. There are 15 Féau agencies in Paris. My bi- or trilingual collaborators and I can arrange concierge and security services, and get our clients in touch with lawyers and notaries, builders or interior designers. US customers are back in the game, but we also have Russian, Middle-Eastern, African, Brazilian and Asian clients.
