The villa is very close to all amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants, banks, National and international schools, the largest sports center on the Coast, golf courses and city. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Javea is located in the northern area of the province of Alicante, between Los cabos San Antonio and La Nao. Cabo De La NAO separates the bays of Valencia and Alicante being the westernmost point of the coast of the Valencian Community. Within the historical center we have the city hall, the market of Abastos, the Culture Center, the Archaeological and Ethnological Museum or the chapel of Santa Ana. All of them can be accessed by a short walk. At 2 kilometers from the historical center is the Marine and port area known as the customs of the Sea where we must highlight the curious Church Of Our Lady of Loreto built in The Shape of a keel. Following the road that runs parallel to Benissero beach you reach the area of Arenal where the only national Parador that exists on the Costa Blanca rises and extends the busiest beach of Javea: the Arenal Beach. Javea has 20 kilometers of coastline from Cova Tallá to Cala de la Granadella. There is an interesting mix between fine sandy beaches like the Arenal, small beaches surrounded by pine very suitable for diving like the Granadella and nudist beaches like the Ambolo. There are small coves such as portichol or Sardinera. Inland we have the most traditional Javea of the riu-raus or orange groves protected from the harsh continental climate by the natural barrier of Montgó that unfolds to the north of Javea serving as a border between Javea and Dénia.[IW]
