Castle Pau (64)

The Age of Enlightenment awaits you: refinement, symmetry, and elegance define this 18th-century château, set on a 1-hectare enclosed plot, featuring a formal French garden, chapel, orangery and outbuildings, and a moat. It will delight history enthusiasts, where intellectual stimulation and a connection to nature take precedence over tradition. Perfectly suited for family life, business, seminars, and more, the solid structure comprises thirty rooms, including five adjoining reception rooms, sitting rooms, a gallery, nine bedrooms (one with an alcove on the ground floor), and a welcoming entrance hall. The guest apartment, an 18th-century innovation, ensures the owners' privacy. The cellars, large kitchen with a vegetable garden, and various service areas recall the 15th-century foundations of the main building, erected on a former castle mound. The pursuit of authenticity does not preclude modern comforts: central heating, recently replaced roofs, and fiber optic internet access. Defense gives way to social life, windows open onto nature and light. The architectural evolution coincides with a new social order. The ornamentation emphasizes refinement with decor inspired by the classical or neoclassical style: Arudy stone frames, 16th-century terracotta tiles, marble fireplaces (all functional), stone or wood fireplaces, overmantel mirrors, wood paneling, Versailles parquet flooring, wide-plank flooring, pediments pierced with an oeil-de-boeuf window, a three-stone sink, staircases with Béarnaise hairpin railings, the reissued Tontisse wallpaper, a fresco, an authentic cherub decoration, and Farrow & Ball paint all contributed to this delicate restoration. The small chapel remains the property's traditional private place of worship with its 17th-century polychrome wooden altarpiece and relics. The orangery, with its three arches, built according to traditional methods and facing south, provides shelter for large trees and regulates temperature thanks to the brickwork and stone. It is currently a beautiful venue for receptions, complete with a kitchen area. The barn, farmyard, stone outbuildings, and pebble-lined walls, along with the medieval garden, evoke the property's rural character. The French-style gardens, meticulously designed, have earned the property a place in the Association for Topiary and Boxwood Art. It's easy to imagine oneself strolling in period costume through the landscaped maze with its mythological scenes, the open-air theater, or relaxing by the two ornamental fountains, testaments to the prestige of the place. These fountains were once used as mirrors, reflecting the image of the château and its owners. They are excellent swimming spots in the 21st century... A sought-after haven of peace, close to amenities, a place where different cultures naturally coexist. The refined furnishings, perfectly suited to the setting, are available for purchase. The former gatehouse at the back of the property may or may not be restored; the castle's listed status as a historical monument would allow for appropriate tax benefits. This former barony of the Lords of Coarraze hosted the King of Spain... begin your history! For information and viewings, please contact Valerie Trinel at Capifrance. Airports: Tarbes-Lourdes 20 minutes, Pau 25 minutes, Biarritz 1 hour 30 minutes. Shops and schools 5 minutes away, high schools 15 minutes away. The fees are to be paid by the seller. Exclusive listing - Precious and refined gardens - ELEGANT 18TH-CENTURY CHATEAU SUPERBLY RESTORED - Authentic high-quality 18th-century decoration - Pyrenees - Bigorre - 1h30 from Biarritz and the Atlantic coast. Restored with exquisite taste over the past 25 years by a passionate aesthete, this elegant 18th-century chateau with its symmetrical classical architecture is nestled within a precious and refined green setting of boxwood embroidery gardens, topiaries, a maze, and a green theatre at the foot of the Pyrenees, 1h30 from Biarritz and the sea.   Built around 1750, this elegant country residence has survived in a remarkable state of authenticity, retaining its original decorative elements: wooden floors, stone and terracotta tile floors, wood paneling, fireplaces, overmantels, wainscoting, and double doors. This balanced, human-scale architecture perfectly expresses the French art of country living in the 18th century, flooded with light from every side, with a reception ground floor composed of beautiful interconnected 18th-century salons.   The central “calade” pathway, typical of southern France, crosses the boxwood embroidery gardens and topiaries in a magical and refined atmosphere, leading to the grand staircase of the majestic central projection and then to the entrance hall with its highly authentic stone floor, opening in every direction onto sequences of salons bathed in light through large-paned windows with dual exposure. The grand dining room opens fully south toward the village facing the church, through a large staircase leading to a boxwood embroidery parterre separated from the village by a moat.   The interior of the chateau is typical of everything the French 18th century can offer in terms of refinement and art de vivre, particularly through the 5 beautiful interconnected salons adorned with their 18th-century décor, wide-plank wooden floors, terracotta tiles, fireplaces, overmantels, Versailles parquet flooring, woodwork, and paneled walls. A dining room with wood paneling adjoining the kitchen, service staircase, and service corridor. An 18th-century alcove bedroom. A library with Empire-style woodwork. Two bathrooms, including one in marble with a beautiful early 20th-century marble and pitchpine vanity unit. A large salon with a service staircase leading to the kitchen. Large cellars, including a grand chateau kitchen in the basement. The most remarkable outbuilding is the sumptuous monumental orangery with three south-facing arcades and particularly refined and spectacular architecture. The acroterion cornice supports four Louis XIV-style flame pots, giving this building exceptional elegance, as well as extraordinary comfort for enjoying the garden through the draped arcades beneath monumental ceiling heights. A large barn converted into an event hall equipped with a stainless-steel kitchen. A charming farmyard bordered by a henhouse and a shelter with particularly elegant wooden columns. A discreet and authentic chapel beneath a blue vaulted ceiling painted with stars, terracotta tile flooring, and a remarkable 17th-century polychrome carved wooden altarpiece. In a nearby building accessed by a calade pathway: the former kitchens, three beautiful rooms with terracotta floors, beams and fireplaces, and a large attic ready for conversion. Two exterior WCs.   Enchanting boxwood gardens created 20 years ago of exceptional quality, with dreamlike viewpoints, composed in front of the chateau of particularly sophisticated and refined boxwood embroidery gardens and topiaries. On the village side, a terrace of embroidery gardens as well. To the side, crossing a small bridge over the former moats sheltering a romantic streamside garden, the majestic semi-circular terraced green theatre unfolds around a water feature bordered with schist stone. Monumental yew pilasters rising above hornbeam and beech hedges lend an architectural grandeur to this landscaped folly. A perspective lined with sculptures along hornbeam and beech hedges. An extraordinary and rare green maze formed from beech hedges worthy of the greatest 18th-century chateaux. This garden is an exceptional work of art, reflecting a rare mastery of the art and history of gardens in Europe; planted 20 years ago, it has now reached full maturity, offering exceptional beauty and atmosphere.   Swimming pool integrated into ornamental basins with marble coping stones. Castle Montréal (32)

This sumptuous château is found in the heart of Gascony, in the rich and diverse Armagnac region, at an equal distance between Bordeaux and Toulouse (1h45). On the home lands of d ’Artagnan, the estate sits in an elevated position with far-reaching views across the valley. Surrounded by fields bursting with an ever-changing tapestry of colour in the summer months, from the vibrant yellows of the sunflowers, to the neat rows of green vines, the property is situated just a few minutes distance from the picturesque village of Montréal (one of our favourite villages in the Gers) and just a ten minute drive to the larger town of Condom, with its many shops and restaurants. This region is one of the most highly sought-after in Gascony, with visitors driving out here from Lectoure and Condom, Bordeau or Toulouse throughout the year. This is an area world-famous for its music festivals (Condom and its traditional Bandas festival, or Marciac for its renowned jazz festival in the world). Long hot summer evenings are brought to life by colourful night-markets, and many other events throughout the year which ensure that this is a lively area in which to live throughout the winter months as well as the lovely long hot summers. The château is located on the edge of a small hamlet, and sits in private parkland. On arrival, we follow the beautiful stone walls of the gardens, the original ramparts of the château which border the property and can be seen from afar. A traditional wrought- iron gate between two stone pillars marks the entrance. From here onwards, as we enter through the gate, one has an immediate sense of magic as we enter the grounds. A private alley cuts through a line of elegant trees. We pass the guardian’s house, and two cottages, reaching a private driveway at the top where we catch our first glimpse of the Chateau. To the side and the rear of the Château a vast 12ha stretch of land flanks the estate. The parkland itself is filled with a rich variety of mature trees. To each side the fields and pasture is currently tended to by a local farmer. Visible even from up above at the Château one can clearly see a young vineyard, below, planted by the current owners. On an architectural note… The château dates back to the second half of the 19th century, and was once home to a religious order set up by the Pères Prémontrés. The property is built in the shape of an “L” with beautiful golden coloured stone walls and Parisan style persiennes shutters painted in muted tones of elegant grey. Sunshine dapples the walls from the south, the east and the west. There are roses and many varieties of shrubs everywhere you look. The property comprises two main wings, linked on the ground floor, the basement and the first floor. The main house has been lovingly restored by its current owner who is an interior designer. The renovated wing is the southern wing blessed by a beautiful flow of light from the south, north and west it bathes the rooms with natural light throughout the day from its tall windows. The property has undergone a tremendous programme of works supervised by an architect an expert in historical buildings, but as we shall see in more detail later, this property has the advantage of comprising a second as yet non-restored wing : the western wing. The additional Western wing, restored this year, would lend itself perfectly to parties (a large party room), weddings, or summer lettings. The Southern Wing The entrance A small flight of stone stairs on the northern side separates a courtyard from the majestic entrance, with its turning staircase and doorway onto a beautiful courtyard on the southern side. This south-facing courtyard is graced with a burst of pink blossom from its trees in spring. A long hallway on the northern side leads to the kitchen, a drawing-room and a laundry-room. On the other side there is a second reception room and the guest cloakroom and WC. The ceilings are high and the floors lain with stone tiles. The elegant, sculpted cast-iron radiators throw out additional heat, in addition to the under-floor heating in the entrance hall. The lighting system at the château is particularly well designed, and the property is a delight to visit in the evenings, when on arrival the lights twinkle as they might from The Great Gatsby’s home. The perfect backdrop for a summer party. Reception Room 1 : As with every room in the château the ceilings are high and the tall windows allow one a sweeping view over the valley and across the Gascon countryside. A stone fireplace and double doors divide the first reception room from the kitchen, both rooms are lain with the same stone floor tiles. Reception Room 2 : With a warm and inviting interior this room is a perfect evening room and has the same lovely views, and also a stone fireplace. Cloakroom & Guest WC At the far end of the entrance hall, discreetly positioned behind a carefully designed cloakroom wall we find the spacious guest lavatory and washbasin. The kitchen, Rear kitchen, Laundry-Room It would be more apt to say that the kitchen is yet another grand reception room. Warm and inviting, majestic in size with a long table to welcome guests or for breakfast with views across the valley, this kitchen is the heart of the property and spacious enough to host a large gathering. French doors open on the garden on the western side, where guests can dine under the plane trees and look over the fabulous stone ramparts and balustrades to the stunning views across the valley. Guests are provided with a backdrop view of the medieval ruins of the original château, and the pigeonnier or dovecote. A grand central island with spacious work surface place for big bowls of food prepared on the AGA. The rear kitchen/ scullery is also directly accessible from the garden and the main kitchen and is equipped with a traditional oven. This is an ideal space to be used by caterers serving food in the garden or interior. In the hallway on the other side of the kitchen a door with a beautiful sculptured wooden surround opens onto the laundry room. The First Floor : Bedrooms Opposite the courtyard entrance an impressive stone staircase turns upwards to the first floor, leading to a spacious landing and a second long hallway that runs above the ground floor hallway. All the bedrooms have parquet flooring. At the top of the landing to the right, two bedroom with ensuite shoer rooms and fitted wardrobes with decorative doors from old French armoirs. To the left of the landing there is a third ensuite bathroom with views to the south, and a long hallway leading to a vast parental suite which is one of the most spacious bedrooms and bathrooms we have yet to see in Gascony. The master bedroom suite comprises a vast bedroom with five tall windows, a double dressing room and a bathroom with a double sink, shower and oval bathtub. The Western Wing At the far end of the downstairs entrance hall, close to the entrance to the kitchen, a set of double doors opens onto the western wing comprising two floors with around 400m2 space for further development with planning permission. The Western wing comprises a hallway leading to a staircase to the first floor. On the ground floor there is a large reception room with grand openings to the park, and with views of the Medieval ruin. The family has hosted weddings at the property and this is a perfect room in which to dance and party, opening onto the park, the lovely views of the ramparts, the medieval chateau, and the folly at the end of the garden. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx The information relating to the property, including but not limited to its surface area, condition, features and technical equipment (including, without limitation: heating systems, electrical installations, plumbing, drainage, swimming pool, security systems, and any other equipment), is provided for information purposes only, based on the elements and statements supplied by the seller. Castle Marciac (32)

A former manor house with a 14th-15th century castle, hidden at the end of a private lane, with no neighbors, set on +3hectares of land surrounded by nature, offering 500m² of living space, outbuildings, and swimming pool – a true gem for history buffs. Ideally located for a family, couple, or hospitality project, discover the Gers region and walk in the footsteps of the lords of Pardailhan, Antras, Montesquiou, La Valette, Blaise de Montluc... and write your own story! The solid, human-scale main house features an 80m² living room, kitchen, seven bedrooms (two on the ground floor), sitting rooms, five bathrooms/shower rooms, laundry rooms, and anterooms in the former pepperpot huts. The original features are preserved and highlighted: hollowed-out half-timbering, terracotta tiles, French-style ceilings, stone and marble fireplaces, overmantel mirrors, watchtowers, latrines, Genoese-style eaves, interior wooden shutters, vegetable garden, sandstone, former moat... The imposing round tower underscores the site's original medieval past and conceals the stone spiral staircase that connects the floors. The French Revolution destroyed the coat of arms on the arch of the entrance door. The pursuit of authenticity does not preclude modern comforts: fiber optic sanitation, satellite internet, Lacanche range cooker... The approximately 3.5-hectare grounds are partially wooded, contributing to this sense of seclusion; the surrounding nature provides space, isolation, and complete privacy. Castle Condom (32)

Elusate Agency is pleased to present an exceptional residence... In the heart of the gentle, sunlit valleys of Gers, a property awaits you, built on the remains of a 13th-century castle , and its medieval tower whose silhouette seems to tell eight hundred years of history... Completely restored, this building now offers a rare refuge, a place where medieval authenticity blends harmoniously with contemporary elegance. Here, nothing has been left to chance: the renovation has respected the soul of the place while offering it the discreet and precious comfort of modernity ; the cut stone, patinated by time, dialogues with the oak beams that underline each volume and the tawny sand-colored walls restored with aerial lime, in order to preserve charm and authenticity. A vast entrance dating from the 14th century welcomes you, giving access to the ground floor living areas: A first lounge with a bar of over 31m2 adjoining a lounge of over 50m2, reveal their warm atmosphere, a place to meet, an evening with friends, a haven of peace that invites you to curl up on a sofa by the warmth of a fireplace... An imposing dining room extends this conviviality, offering remarkable features such as its 13th-century wall, a well, a stone sink, and a large fireplace a perfect room to welcome guests in search of authenticity. At the rear, a semi-professional kitchen, essential for preparing good local dishes, and a fitness room with sauna complete the services of the house/hotel, reminding us that well-being is a given here. Upstairs, accessible by stairs and elevator, a spacious landing leads to six superb bedrooms, including two double rooms with en-suite shower rooms; a large suite with a fireplace and bathroom with sauna and spa; a family room with two separate areas; and two triple rooms, each with its own private terrace. Each room is decorated in a refined and soothing style , creating a haven where travelers love to retreat. The charm lies in every detail: the interplay of light, a window opening onto the rolling hills or the tower... A room designed for guests with reduced mobility is located on the garden level, offering comfortable and elegant access. On the second and top floor, beneath a magnificent timber frame, you will find a self-contained apartment of approximately 100m2 with its own bathroom, toilet, and kitchenette. Additionally, an attic offers storage space and a laundry area for all your bed and breakfast/hotel needs. This 131m2 space, complete with a toilet and shower, could also be converted into a games room or dormitory for large families wishing to host guests in a private setting. Outside, a discreet path leads you to the castle moat , revealing a peaceful garden and its 20x4 meter swimming pool, ideal for moments of relaxation and appreciating the gentle pace of life in the Gers region. It's like an invitation to imagine receptions, ceremonies, or simply moments of contemplation suspended in view of the Gers hills... in the morning the hills stretch out in the golden mist, in the evening the light dances, and with the changing seasons the panorama transforms, offering a truly unforgettable view. Finally, the 12th-century tower remains to be restored. It offers the promise of a unique project, an added soul, a space to be reinvented according to one's dreams. Listed castle Tarbes (65)

A listed historical monument medieval castle in tree-filled land, with 4-hectare grounds, a swimming pool and a tennis court in the Hautes-Pyrénées area. This castle is an admirable remnant of the Hautes-Pyrénées’ heritage and is perfectly preserved. It boasts a thousand-year history and is a listed historical monument. Its first foundations date, in all likelihood, from the 11th century when the defensive tower was used to protect the surrounding fields from pillaging and plundering, in particular by the Aragonese forces. Although the building has undergone many transformations as time has passed, its 15th-century eastern façade has remained unchanged. The edifice was acquired by the Count of Lavedan in 1274, a year during which he received the seigniory of Horgues from the Count of Bigorre to clear a debt. From Raymond-Garcie IV de Lavedan to Jean-Pierer Ducasse de Horgues, over a period of more than 500 years, the castle had almost twenty illustrious owners. From that point in time until 2018, the estate was owned by the same family. The medieval castle with two towers was built on the outskirts of the village and was overhauled in the 17th and 18th centuries. Through a double leaf wrought iron gate, a plane tree lined drive runs alongside rubble stone built former stables with a roof of half round tiles, opposite the castle and its imposing silhouette, built in the 15th century and since transformed several times. In addition to the two towers on either side, the seigniorial residence is made up of two four-storey rectangular sections in a T-shape, each with a sprocketed, gabled slate roof. The two towers, one of which is square and the other which is rounded on one side and squared on the other, are both topped by an octagonal level adored with a slate roof of the same shape. It is thought that the tower to the southwest was added in the 18th century. Lastly, the castle’s former water mill can be found behind the residence. It is currently used as a holiday cottage, while the grounds spread out all around the buildings and, to the left of the castle, play host to a swimming pool.

Additionally, there is a secondary reception room presently serving as an office, a formal dining room, a large kitchen/breakfast room again with feature fireplace, a laundry room, cloakroom and boot room. Castle La Romieu (32)

If you are looking for a ‘statement’ property and love large light-filled rooms and endless views, this is the perfect place for you. This property is impressive in every way; the pristine stone façade on all sides, the spacious well-proportioned courtyard, the natural spring bubbling up from the rocks beneath the orangery, the views, the large light-filled rooms. Even the swimming pool has a private park of over 1,500 m²! There are two entrances to the property; from the front of the house, we can pass through an electric gate and drive up the approximately 500 metre tree-lined drive, catching glimpses of the chateau as we progress. For the day-to-day school or shopping runs, there is another semi-private road that arrives at the back gates, which are framed by an ancient stone archway. Once past the gates, there is ample parking in the courtyard. Here, we can access the main house through the front door, or a side door that leads to the kitchen. We enter the front door from the enclosed courtyard, into a wide hall that runs along the back of the house, leaving all the reception rooms to face the front. The front hall leads to a good-sized study with double doors leading outside. From here, we can access all the reception rooms ‘en enfilade’. This room would make an ideal library. Here too, we can access the large terrace that runs the length of the front of the house, offering panoramic views of the château park and the valley. This is the ideal spot to sit and sip an aperitif in the evening and watch the birds swooping across the sky above the rolling hills. On the right of the study is the dining room, with double aspect windows, a fireplace, and parquet flooring. Off the dining room is a good-sized kitchen with a large open fireplace, access to the courtyard and a small pantry. This is the main kitchen, as it is close to the dining room, but for serious cooks there is a second, much larger kitchen on the other side of the house, which we will come to later. There are two main salons, both with stunning views, parquet floors and fireplaces. These are lovely spaces to sit and relax; one of them could be a good games & TV room and the other one could be used for receiving guests, or just to read a good book curled up on a comfortable sofa. At the far end of the house, we come to the 53 m² bar/party room. This room has attractive wooden floors and doors leading to the terrace, and is the ideal spot for a big family reunion, a children’s party or a disco themed fête on a summer evening. There is already a large wooden bar with a sink and room for a half-sized fridge – and plenty of space to keep drinks and glasses. It even has his & hers WCs! A room behind the bar could be used as a billiard room or even a very large mudroom – as it opens on to a side terrace on the pool side of the house. Beyond this room is another guest WC, a door that leads to the cellars, and at the far end, an enormous (56 m²) second kitchen with fireplace and 4 sets of doors leading outside. First floor Having toured the ground floor in a wide circle, we come back to the main hallway where a well-proportioned wooden staircase leads to the first floor. The first floor is in symmetry with the ground floor. A wide landing runs the length of the house and there are windows overlooking the courtyard. All but one of the bedrooms faces the view, and all have large windows to catch the light. On the left, once you go up the stairs, is the largest of six bedrooms, all with private bath or shower rooms. This first bedroom has a large bathroom with a traditional free-standing bathtub and a separate shower. The sink, bidet and WC all have a pretty flower pattern on them, and there is a window. The bedroom measures over 55 m², and has two large windows and carpeted floors. It has a half-wall that could form a separate dressing room, but this would be a quick job to tear down and restore the original proportions. The floor here is carpeted. Opposite this room a locked door leads to an unfinished room that can then connect to the first floor of the outbuildings. All this could be finished to provide more living space, but so far, the present owner has not felt the need to expand. As we walk down the corridor, there are two further en suite bedrooms, both facing the garden and the stunning views. Both have big closets and parquet flooring. Further along the hallway, the fourth bedroom is smaller than the others, and the bathroom needs some work. It is also the only bedroom that does not face the front of the property. The floor here is carpeted. Bedroom five is spacious and has a good-sized shower room. The floors are parquet and there are two windows. Bedroom six is bigger (30 m²) and has a marble fireplace and parquet flooring. It also has two windows facing the wonderful views and a large bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub. A door in the back hall opens to reveal a staircase leading down to the extensive cellars built into the rock. Here we find the oil-fired furnace that heats the house. There is a long room with a vaulted ceiling that could make an impressive wine cellar, a large storage room and another long room with doors to the garden, followed by two smaller spaces. There is so much space here, and as there are several large doors opening to the garden, this part of the house could be used for a variety of things, including garden equipment storage, a wine cellar or tasting room, a winter greenhouse…there are many possibilities. The grounds here form the perfect setting for the house itself. There are stone terraces on all sides, and a natural spring feeds the large ornamental fishpond in front of the house. This spring is one of the unusual elements in the property. It is accessed by an open-air stone staircase that goes down into a cave where a basin has been carved out of the rock. Water bubbles out of a corner of the rock all year round, we are told, and feeds the ornamental pond in the grounds. This is a magical space and it is easy to imagine that generations of chateau dwellers have come down here to cool off in the summer heat or just to look at the bubbling water and be soothed by its music. There is also a large wooded area on one side of the property and a number of beautiful mature trees in the park area. Behind the main building, through the archway below the tower, there is a grassy area and a side terrace. Here is where the main driveway comes up to the house, and here is the gate to the separate garden which contains the swimming pool. There are lovely views here too, and the area is very peaceful. The large pool offers two separate areas; one to play water polo or just relax, and another part to swim laps. There is a Mediterranean-style pool house with an enclosed patio and a built-in BBQ, and inside the house is a small kitchen area, room for a fridge, a WC and a shower. So, you can spend the day by the pool and still have cold drinks, snacks and even lunch without going back to the house! The property is built in a U-shape, so that all one side comprises the chateau, and it is attached to the outbuildings via a large back kitchen with a room to renovate above, followed by a charming tower with an arched passageway leading to the back terraces, the main driveway, and the pool area. On the other side of the U is an estimated 200 m² building comprising a series of large rooms, several with vaulted stone ceilings, and a space above with windows. On the courtyard opposite the kitchen, there is also a separate 50 m² stone building that currently serves as a rather magnificent laundry room. Attached to it is an enclosed area of about 50 m² that has served in the past as an orangery. There is a small guardian’s cottage to renovate completely which is attached to the outbuildings and accessible both from the barns and from a door on the other side of the back entry gates. This property could make an amazing family home, which in fact it has been in recent years. It could also lend itself to any one of a number of projects, from a luxury B&B to an art or yoga retreat. It is big, but on a human scale, and the rooms don’t overwhelm; rather they invite you in. It is an ideal house for entertaining, and will appeal to a wide variety of clientele. We fell in love with the wonderful views and the elegance of the park with its beautifully proportioned ornamental pond reflecting the façade of the house. The sense of light and space in both the reception rooms and the large bedrooms is just magical, and we were itching to offer suggestions on how to decorate and furnish this property to bring out the best in it. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx The information relating to the property, including but not limited to its surface area, condition, features and technical equipment (including, without limitation: heating systems, electrical installations, plumbing, drainage, swimming pool, security systems, and any other equipment), is provided for information purposes only, based on the elements and statements supplied by the seller.
