The grape varieties cultivated are Macabeo and Chardonnay for the whites, and Garnacha tinta for the blacks, all of them under an organic production system and registered in the Empordà Designation of Origin. This estate, with its vineyards, is ideal for developing organic wine-making activities. In addition, the farmhouse offers the possibility of building a small winery, rehabilitating it for rural or residential tourism, as well as for catering and producing artisanal products. All these activities are contemplated in the special plan for listed farmhouses of the Roses Town Council.
