From here, you can reach Whitstable’s famous beach and harbour in just a few minutes, making spontaneous seaside walks, paddleboarding sessions or sunset dinners by the water part of everyday life. The location is wonderfully convenient. Whitstable’s boutique shops, cafés, restaurants and independent stores are all close by, along with practical essentials such as supermarkets, pharmacies and local services. Canterbury is also easily accessible for larger retail, cultural attractions and historic charm. Families benefit from a strong choice of local schools, including highly regarded primary and secondary options in Whitstable, as well as grammar schools and private education in nearby Canterbury. Everything is within comfortable reach, making school runs straightforward. Travel connections have always been a major advantage. Whitstable station offers regular rail services to London, making commuting or visiting the capital simple, while the A299 provides fast road links to Canterbury, Faversham, Thanet and the wider motorway network. Tucked away along a small cul-de-sac close to Kingsgate beach is this stunning L-shaped property. It has been extended and completely refurbished by the current owners and includes a self-contained annexe and a heated outdoor swimming pool. Whether you are looking for a permanent home or an excellent holiday and weekend retreat this place has it all. A spacious driveway where you can park a number of cars leads to the double garage, the annexe entrance and the very wide and contemporary front door. Foreland Heights also enjoys effortless access to Broadstairs’ charming town centre. The walk into town is one of the things we’ve loved most, a gentle, scenic route that leads to independent shops, cafés, restaurants and everyday amenities. It’s a place with real character, and being able to wander in for dinner, coffee or errands has always been a pleasure. Families are exceptionally well served here, with an excellent choice of local schools nearby, including highly regarded primary, secondary and grammar options. The convenience of having strong educational facilities so close has been invaluable. Travel connections are another major benefit. Broadstairs station provides direct links to London and the high‑speed service from either Broadstairs or Ramsgate makes commuting or visiting the capital remarkably straightforward.
