THE SPACES
243 m² of indoor space, including approximately 200 m² living space on three levels. On the ground floor, the entrance opens onto a living room, kitchen, and dining area in one space, extended directly to a terrace of 37 m² and the garden. A visitor’s toilet completes the level. On the first floor, the sleeping area is organized around two bathrooms. In the basement, a multifunctional room illuminated by large glass openings can be used according to needs: guest bedroom, office, home cinema, gym or playroom.
