High-end real estate is a booming business in Switzerland these days, mainly in the Leman Lake area and in ski resorts such as Gstaad, Verbier, Crans- Montana, Zermatt and Saint-Moritz. So far, we’ve not been impacted by the economic downturn and we expect prices to go back up in 2010. Our clients are mainly European, including many French citizens, who settle in Switzerland because of the safe atmosphere, the peaceful social climate and the tax-exemption. Our goal is to reinforce our leading position in that field and to develop new opportunities: wineries, hunting properties, commercial and industrial estates.
