Our 19 branches cover 90 departments. 2011 was a fantastic year for us, with a 20 to30%increase in business, a correction following the downturn of 2009-2010. The market for castles remains stable, with prices ranging from €0.8m to 1.2m. Estates that are most sought-after provide short-term profitability (seminars, vineyards, etc.). These go out for €1.5m to 3m. Last year saw the return of Canadian, Australian or US citizens, in addition to Danish, Dutch, British, Chinese and Russian nationals.
