We have a wide variety of luxury properties on offer in Courchevel and Méribel. We fulfill our clients with their specific requests. Most of them are looking for ski in/ski out cabins with wide clearance and high-quality features. Prices can reach €20,000 per sq m for a 800 sq m luxury estate. Cimalpes has developed a strong network of partnerships in other resorts including Val-d’Isère, Megève or Chamonix. However, our core business is Méribel and Courchevel where we increase our activities, including in Moriond (Courchevel 1650) and Courchevel Village (1550). Prices can be30% to 35% lower than in 1850.
