Having worked in the estate business for twenty years, I manage to find exceptional properties through a large network, including former clients, many of which have become friends. In addition to being discreet and reliable, I have a passion for what I do. My main interest is connecting people to places with a soul. Of course, architecture, volumes, light and view are important elements but we also provide advice on their atmosphere. This is why our agency was conceived like an extension of the art world. Our favourite districts are the 6th and 7th arrondissements, but we also love the 1st, the Marais and l’Ile Saint-Louis, and parts of the 8th. Contrary to public opinion, our clients include many French nationals, CEOs and leading figures from the finance, media and arts worlds. The current crisis has led to a slight decline in the number of transactions but the market is back to being very active these days.
