Our clients are mostly foreigners – British in search of a French lifestyle, Irish, Belgians, as well as buyers from Russia and Ukraine who want to invest in vineyards. We need a close relationship with our clients to get a precise idea of what they want. And then it’s up to us to find the “rare gem”, for example, a castle with hunting grounds for an Irish client.
