Manawai...need I say more? This fully fenced, ocean view, non CPR'd, 2 acre property embodies a beautifully crafted home and manicured grounds in a coveted north shore community. The home has massive space under roof and many improvements have been made recently, including new Fleetwood doors and windows, expansive covered lanai facing the ocean and a beautiful covered patio area with a firepit for relaxing. With mature fruit trees, a citrus orchard and botanical gardens reflecting years of loving care, this property blends nature and comfort beautifully. Step through French doors onto the protected lanai where a wicker porch swing invites you to slow down and feel instantly at home all while taking in the incredible ocean view. Open-beam ceilings create a sense of openness, while Merbau hardwood flooring, mango wood, marble, slate, and Venetian plaster walls showcase custom craftsmanship throughout. The large primary suite takes in both ocean and garden views and a split AC keeps it cool year round. The functional open kitchen with maple cabinetry and a custom Monkeypod wood counter includes a pantry and abundant windows. The oversized loft above the 2-car garage is a nice bonus space with a conveniently located half bath and gorgeous outdoor shower area below it. A private well system provides delicious water, while evening rains naturally nourish the landscaping and numerous citrus and hardwood trees on the upper acre which is a prime building site for a main house. Located near beaches, restaurants, groceries, shops, yoga and waterfalls. This is a must-see, must-feel property - a peaceful, nurturing escape that lives up to Manawai's unbeatable reputation.
