Farmhouse with gardenArtà (Spain)

This Historic Property of 355 hectares with medieval elements such as a tower from the 13th century, a fountain, arches, a preserved chapel, an oil mill and an old arab stove which has been cataloged is one of the most spectacular country estates of Mallorca. It's existence dates back to the conquest of King Jaime I in 1230. An aqueduct from the Arab period still flows through the farm. As soon as you enter this property, you can feel the energy and history of it. Social celebrations and events were held on the property. Approximately 200 employees were working with plant maintenance and the livestock of horses, sheeps and goats. Around 200 horses were running freely across the farm at the beginning of the 19th century. In 2016 the main house of 1500m2 was completely restored and impressed with its architectural style. Elegant bright rooms, with large windows and doors, ceiling paintings from the 17th century, room heights of up to 6m and the staircase give the house the special touch and a distinctive ambiance. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The outdoor area and the garden have native trees and shrubs as well as many small paths. The courtyards and terraces are quiet oases which reveal some of the former everyday life of the nobles. Three ancillary buildings with a space capacity of about 15 rooms can be developed according to your wishes and use. A dream property for nature and culture lovers, south facing with absolute privacy and versatile possibilities to use!.
