Designed for year-round comfort, the estate benefits from underfloor heating throughout the house, as well as a heated indoor freshwater swimming pool, complemented by a fireplace, support facilities and a kitchenette/laundry area. The estate also includes an independent caretaker’s house with three bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, wooden ceilings and a private outdoor patio. Additional infrastructures include two traditional wood-fired ovens, a support garage, a large barn suitable for agricultural storage, vehicles or boats, as well as kennels, a henhouse and facilities for livestock. Located just 8 minutes from Moura River Beach and approximately 15 minutes from the Alqueva Lake, the property enjoys close proximity to one of Portugal’s most renowned regions for water sports, nature, stargazing and wine tourism.
