A MANOR HOUSE DATING FROM 1899 AND ITS WOODED GROUNDS, ON THE OUTSKIRTS OF LURE Just five minutes from Lure, in the village of Vy-lès-Lure, this 1899 manor house embodies a lifestyle that blends bourgeois elegance with rustic charm. Behind its distinctive façade, cement tiles, stained-glass windows, and period moldings create a warm, subtly updated interior. Formerly a guesthouse, the property features five bedrooms spread across three levels, while an enclosed park of over one hectare?dotted with rosebushes, fruit trees, and outbuildings?extends the living space into the countryside. A place to live, entertain, and take your time. BETWEEN VILLAGE AND COUNTRYSIDE: ENGLISH CHARM In Vy-lès-Lure, just a few minutes from the town of Lure, an elegant late-19th-century silhouette emerges from behind the first rows of trees. Built in 1899, this mansion seems to have weathered the ages with the quiet confidence characteristic of family estates. A few stone steps lead to a walk-through entryway where the first glimpses of its history are revealed. Beneath the high, moldings-adorned ceilings, cement tiles form intricate patterns, stained-glass windows filter the light, and the original staircase draws the eye upward to the upper floors. The atmosphere evokes English country homes, with their bold colors and warm materials. On the garden level, the living room and dining room form two spacious entertaining areas, each warmed by a pellet stove. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a pantry, extends the moments of togetherness. Carefully restored, the home blends its historic features with contemporary amenities. Renovations carried out between 2015 and 2020?particularly to the woodwork, windows, and heating system?enhance everyday comfort while preserving the home's architectural identity. FIVE BEDROOMS AND THE SPIRIT OF A FAMILY HOME Formerly used to welcome travelers, the Maison du Parc retains this spacious layout, allowing everyone to find their own space across its three levels. On the first floor, two spacious bedrooms each have their own bathroom. An office and a walk-in closet complete this level. In the converted attic, the top floor offers a more intimate atmosphere. A large bedroom with its own bathroom is flanked by two other bedrooms and their shared bathroom. The spacious rooms are ideal for children's bedrooms, family gatherings, or hosting visiting friends. Today, it offers several lifestyle possibilities: a family home where generations come together, a welcoming country house, or even a bed-and-breakfast that reconnects with its history. In the basement, the cellars house the technical systems, including the pellet boiler fed by a three-metric-ton silo and the thermodynamic water heater. A discreet modernization that enhances this historic home. A GARDEN FEATURING A ROSE GARDEN, FRUIT TREES, AND OUTDOOR LIVING It is perhaps at the back of the house that the spirit of the place is most fully revealed. Beyond the initial plantings and the rose garden, the garden stretches over more than one enclosed hectare, offering a succession of distinct plant-filled settings. On sunny days, life naturally moves outdoors. Here, the garden is meant to be experienced as much as it is admired. Further on, the spaces become more open and visually blend into the surrounding countryside. This part of the property notably features facilities for animals, including two horse stalls, a tack room, and a dog run. A 25 m² workshop complements these outbuildings, while a 60 m² double garage, equipped with a motorized door, is located near the gravel driveway. Situated where the ornamental garden meets the meadow, this property offers a living environment particularly suited to those who enjoy farming, gardening, keeping animals, and enjoying the great outdoors. All this is just five minutes from Lure, with the amenities of Vy-lès-Lure nearby, and less than half an hour from Vesoul, Luxeuil-les-Bains, and Héricourt. THE AGENT'S PERSPECTIVE La Maison du Parc possesses that special charm of homes that have a story to tell and still have many lives to welcome. It combines the elegance of a late 19th-century bourgeois home, the character of carefully restored interiors, and, above all, the generous spaces that invite you to entertain and share. Just five minutes from Lure, this lively and welcoming country home offers a place where everyone can envision their own way of living here.
