Ideally located on the N11 only 2km from Ladysmith is Nauntons Guest House, Thandana Venue and the farm, cattle feedlot and trade base. The commercially zoned section of the farm encompasses the 15 room guest house, the awesome 300 seater venue and the feedlot which can hold 1500 cattle. The facility has a 4 star grading from the tourism council. A management suite and managers cottage are also included. The balance of the farm is zoned agricultural and used for livestock grazing. This is an opportunity to combine a commercial venture with agriculture. All financial records available. The enterprises run like well oiled machines. The 14 well appointed guest rooms can be self catering and adapted for families. There is a full restaurant service. A decor display room shows all the different decor event planners can choose from to hire, and a large storeroom holds all the tables, chairs, and decor to seat 300 people in restaurant style or 350 people cinema style. The soaring thatched venue is beautifully set in the landscaped gardens with many different photographic opportunities. The venue has full kitchen, bar and bathroom facilities. The trade base averages sales of 100 cattle and approximately 30 small stock per month.
