The owner of this delightful jewel of a home has spent 8 years and more than 200,000 updating it. Her plan was to remain in it as a forever home. Everything was done to perfection. It has new windows, doors, an enclosed garage, a guest suite, relocated furnace, skylights, decking, driveway, landscaping. The list is too long to fit. This wonderful home sits on more than an acre of land, with gorgeous views and sunsets. It is like living in your own private estate situated on hundreds of acres. The street is a cul-de-sac with no through traffic, and only two occupied homes beyond making very private. At the end of the street is an open park like area to walk on. Our town has an old fashioned small town atmosphere where we all stick together and look out for one another. We share lots of community events for the support of our local school, fire department, as well as town holidays such as the fourth of July. There is a well managed community pool that is free for residents. We also have an updated horse riding ring, and a tennis court. The town is located a short 9 miles from the wonderful beaches, and only 17 miles from down town Palo Alto. The drive is a low stress pleasure with virtually no traffic until you reach 280. Another benefit is our fresh off the ocean clean air.
