There are houses that you discover gradually. And then there are those that immediately tell a story. In the heart of Malaucène, at the end of a beautiful shaded driveway, this former manor house of approximately 310 sqm is revealed behind a 540 sqm terraced garden, in a commanding position. A former residence linked to the history of the Knights Templar, it retains a unique character, conveyed by its spaciousness, its period features, and the traces of its past. From the garden, a large shaded terrace opens onto a privileged setting, with the church steeple as a backdrop. The house spans several levels. The garden level comprises a living room with a fireplace, a large dining room, and remnants of its former restaurant business. Upstairs, five bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms offer a well-structured living space. Beneath the exposed beams, nearly 110 sqm of attic space remains to be imagined: a loft, a suite, a library, a playroom, or a reception area. In the basement, nearly 120 square meters of vaulted cellars and wine cellars further enhance the property's potential. With its multiple entrances, intimate garden, architecture, and history, this residence offers numerous possibilities: a family home, a second home, a guesthouse, or a small hotel project. It's a place for those who aren't looking for a perfectly finished house, but rather architecture to reveal, a story to continue, and a project to create. Just steps from shops and at the foot of Mont Ventoux, this rare property awaits its next chapter.
