The main entrance, both pedestrian and drivable, is from the central Via Chiaia, but owners alone can also access by car from a secondary entrance, from the Rampe Brancaccio, which on occasion significantly reduces city traffic.Significant works (authorized and monitored by the Superintendence of Archaeology, Fine Arts and Landscape of Naples) are nearing completion, including seismic improvement and complete refurbishment of the external facades and internal common spaces.
