Przerośl Ranch is the name of an agritourism located on plots of land with a total area of about 3.6 ha. A large amount of the area is forested with mixed forest, one part of which is about 60 years old, while the other is about 30 years old. For the last 30 years, the owner has been constantly making new plantings, thanks to which the forest is extensive and dense. Rich in mushrooms in autumn and forest fruits in spring and summer. The property borders directly with Lake Boczne Boczne and therefore has about 200 meters of its own coastline. The lake itself has the second degree of cleanliness and is located in the quiet zone. The houses have separate boxes, but the meter is one. Power plugs are also located outside the building - this makes it easier to place, for example, a sauna or logs. The facilities have alarms and are monitored, both inside and outside. There are also two fire hydrants on the plot. - two foundations of 45 m2 each with full utilities - for summer houses. - preparations were underway for the construction of tourist service facilities and a hangar for boats, so there are prepared utility connections not far from the lake. The building permits were issued in 2002, so they need to be refreshed before undertaking the modernization investment. Each foundation has its own closed septic tank, water connection and electricity box. The entire area of the plot is fenced and closed with an electrically powered gate controlled by a remote control. The price of the property includes full equipment of houses and garden furniture. It is possible to buy water equipment, which includes 2 new kayaks, 4 boats, and 20 bicycles for riding. All equipment was subjected to regular technical inspection and service.
