The gabled roof is pierced by a dormer window with sculpted pilasters and lintels. The west wing, with its slate gabled roof and dormer windows, includes two ground-floor halls and an attic. The entire building is constructed of granite and pink sandstone rubble. The corner quoins are granite, as are the window and door surrounds, some of which are sculpted. A tower to the north houses a spiral staircase. Meadows extend to the north, south, and west.

A renovated manor house with a swimming pool, outbuildings and a private lake, 20 minutes from the French city of Rennes. The large 16th-century manor house stands beside its private lake. It is surrounded by more than one hectare of wooded grounds, through which a canal and waterfall flow. The renovated exterior is combined with a contemporary interior, which includes an extensive indoor swimming pool set in a space that connects to a sauna and steam room.
