The ground floor consists of a living room with access to the jetty, a kitchen and dining room and a separate apartment with its own bathroom and a gym. The upper floor features three separate apartments with their own bathrooms and a small kitchen. The house also has its own three parking spaces. Krtole is one of the most attractive villages on the Luštica peninsula, overlooking the island of Sveti Marko and Tivat, lately transformed into an exclusive summer resort with a large number of luxury villas along the bay coast, or in the ambience of a traditional Montenegrin village on the slopes of the northern side of the peninsula. The house is about 9 km from Tivat airport and about 11 km from the center of Tivat and the Porto Montenegro complex.
