An authentic 19th century farmhouse in need of renovation, surrounded by 2 4 ha with tenanted vineyard, olive groves, caretaker's lodge and swimming pool, west of Toulon and 10 minutes from the sea. Tucked away between rolling hills and terraced meadows in the heart of the Bandol vineyards, the farmhouse cannot be seen from the little-used local road that encircles the property. From there, the earthen driveway, lined with olive, pine and cypress trees, leads for a few dozen metres past a few parking spaces between and under the trees, to the western side of the mas.
