Located on the beachfront in Platja d'Aro, this apartment is part of Brava, a residential project designed by Ricardo Bofill Taller de Arquitectura in one of the most renowned locations on the Costa Brava. Situated on the first floor, the property boasts 100 m² of built area and 80 m² of usable space, distributed across two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living area opens onto a sea-facing terrace, creating a direct connection with the Mediterranean and maximizing natural light. The architecture of Brava has been conceived precisely around this relationship with the landscape. Large glazed enclosures visually extend the interiors onto the terraces, making the sea a constant presence in the home. The interiors combine contemporary design and high-end features, with porcelain flooring, a security entrance door, built-in wardrobes, lacquered interior woodwork, and a fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms with high-end brands. The property incorporates an aerothermal system for domestic hot water and underfloor heating, ducted air conditioning via a heat pump, and aluminum exterior joinery with thermal break and double glazing. The home automation system allows control of the climate control, lighting, and motorized blinds. The communal areas are arranged around a large swimming pool located between the homes and the beach, designed as a visual extension of the Mediterranean. The complex also features a children's pool, a fully equipped gym, a paddle tennis court, and a multipurpose room. The project will be BREEAM certified, one of the leading international standards for sustainable building, which evaluates aspects related to efficiency, well-being, and the environmental impact of the building.
