luxury apartments / penthouses with terrace for sale Pertisau, Austria

This spacious residential unit on the top floor impresses with its unique location directly on the golf course in Pertisau am Achensee and offers state-of-the-art living comfort in the highest construction quality on a living space of approx. 147 m². The building, which was completed in 2023 by the regional company Form Bau, impresses with its architecture that retains its value and uses exquisite materials such as high-quality wood-aluminium windows. Thanks to the extra-high window fronts, you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the greenery and the surrounding mountains, while the apartment is currently still in its raw state, giving you all the freedom you need to customise the interior. The planning already provides for elegant, oiled wooden floors, high-quality porcelain stoneware in the sanitary areas and a free-standing bathtub in the master bedroom with en suite bathroom. The spacious outdoor area with three balconies and an approx. 48 m² roof terrace is partially covered and offers a sheltered retreat with an impressive panorama in all weather conditions. A particular advantage of this property is the high flexibility in use: The apartment can be purchased as an independent residence or optionally connected to the neighboring 2-room apartment to form an exclusive overall unit. By merging via the vestibule in the stairwell, a completely private floor with direct lift access to one's own apartment would be created, whereby the smaller unit can be ideally used as a guest apartment, office or staff apartment.
