White House:
It has four bedrooms and was designed and built from scratch in 2022, inspired by the traditional architecture of the Algarve. It blends perfectly with modern touches and the timeless charm of Algarve design, ensuring privacy, comfort and sophistication. Inside you will find an office, a cinema/TV and sound room, a cosy living room with a fireplace that opens into an open space to a fully equipped bar-kitchen and a barbecue/fireplace in a corner.
In the main body, there is a guest bathroom, a wardrobe room and a suite with a bathroom that extends to the outside. In the annex there is a living room with a fireplace, one of them with a bathroom. The room serves as a dining room, living room or double bedroom. It also has three independent suites, each with its own terrace. The highlight is its outdoor area and its various outdoor corners. It has a large saltwater swimming pool, surrounded by beach sand, with a dining area with barbecue, electric stove, refrigerator and masonry table for 12 people under a covered porch. At the top of the garden, there are also two other covered dining areas, where you can hear the sound of fountains from the garden tanks.
