Part of the construction materials originate from the former farm that previously occupied the land: the stones, tiles and roof frame were recovered, sorted and re-purposed. The northern wing includes an approximately 100-m² barn with an automatic door. In the garden near to the riverbanks, an around 50-m² two-storey brick house is currently used as storage space.
