This singular property is found in a truly unique location occupying an entire hilltop of nearly 5,000 sqm with spectacular 360-degree views over the port and bay of Port de la Selva, and the mountains of the Cap de Creus Natural Park.
The property was originally built in 1967 and has remained untouched since, thus conserving many of its original architectural details but in need of modernisation in some areas.
A long stone driveway leads up to the crest of the hill where the property is situated. The property itself is spread over one single floor. The living room enjoys sea views and provides direct access to the outdoor terraces and swimming pools. We also find the kitchen and accommodation in six bedrooms and five bathrooms.
Outside the house, we find a number of terraces made of local stone, which enjoy spectacular views across the bay. We also find two swimming pools. Covered parking is available for a number of cars under the terraces. On the lower slopes of the property we find a disused tennis court that could be restored to its former glory and a path which leads directly from the property onto the neighbouring beach.
This is a wonderful opportunity to acquire a truly unique property on the shores of the Mediterranean and in one of Spain's most exceptional natural parks.
