The house is set on a hillside plot of 4,000 sqm on the north-east coast of Corfu, its levels stepping down toward the sea through walled and planted terraces, all oriented east toward the channel. The pool and its broad teak deck sit at the lowest outdoor level, the glass balustrade at the seaward edge uninterrupted from the lounger to the open water. The entrance hall opens at ground level onto a wide corridor — large-format tile underfoot, a glass-sided staircase rising through the full height of the house, original canvases on white walls. The staircase climbs to the principal living floor, where kitchen, dining, and sitting rooms are arranged in sequence across the seaward face, connected by sliding doors that retract entirely in summer.
