In the heart of Lisbon, in Lumiar, is this extraordinary historic palace, a property of truly unique character, inserted in an exclusive gated community and surrounded by gardens of great beauty. Associated with the historical tradition of King João V, the palace preserves a unique aristocratic atmosphere, where architecture, history and nature meet. The presence of regal elements, historic tiles, frescoes, noble woods, worked ceilings, boiseries and fireplaces gives the property an identity that is difficult to find parallel in the city of Lisbon. Spread over three floors, the palace has large living and performance rooms, dining room, music room, kitchen, private chapel, several suites and an imposing master suite with dressing room and direct access to the gardens. The interior spaces have been designed to preserve the original character of the property, while maintaining architectural and decorative elements of great value, while providing the necessary comfort for contemporary living. Outside, the gardens are one of the great differentiating elements of this property. The landscaping project associated with the renowned architect Gonçalo Ribeiro Telles created an environment of rare beauty, with mature trees, statues, fountains, lakes and different spaces for contemplation. The property also includes a set of complementary structures and spaces, including a garage for three cars, support areas, spaces with potential for a games room, cinema or guest accommodation and a totally private entrance with ample outdoor parking capacity. The condominium also offers an exclusive set of equipment and common spaces, including an outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, Health Club, manicured gardens and a historic event pavilion, known as the Hunting Pavilion, associated with the architect Raúl Lino. The location allows you to combine the tranquility and privacy of a historic property with the proximity to the center of Lisbon, main road accesses, shops, services, schools and other amenities of the capital. An absolutely unusual property, intended for those who value heritage, architecture, privacy and exclusivity. Contact us to get to know this unique property and schedule a private tour.
