It preserves solid wood floors, several rooms, two of which have a fireplace, ceilings with high ceilings and a library. Also noteworthy on this floor is a room filled with diamond-tipped tiles from the first half of the seventeenth century.
The upper floor (attic) consists of 5 bedrooms and a suite with a privileged view of the vineyard.
In front of the main building is a generous laser space with swimming pool.
The rustic area extends over 232 hectares with irrigated area, vineyards, arable culture, pasture, forest, poplar, rural buildings including an interesting dovecote (probably from the sixteenth century) and a watercourse. The property is delimited (in a certain area) by the Nabão River, where a weir built in stone stands out in the landscape.
Quinta da Granja is a stunning space with enormous tourist, historical and religious potential.
