Set on an island just three miles off of Portland Maine sits an amazing development and community named Diamond Cove. Dating back to the Spanish American War originally constructed as an army fort, Diamond Cove was reimagined in the 1990's: The barracks, officers' quarters and support staff buildings have been transformed into luxury properties. This resort type community also features a marina, pool, gym, tennis courts an Inn and two restaurants, plus a game room and antique bowling alley and more. There are also 5 different beaches that are for the exclusive use of the residents. The original developer also carved out waterfront and water view private home lots. Lot 7 is the last available lot on Diamond Cove. This water view lot has an impressive western exposure featuring amazing sunsets overlooking Casco Bay looking across to the Foreside and Portland. With a nice open and level building window, this a great opportunity to build your summer or year-round dream home. Diamond Cove is incredibly private and only allows golf carts (no cars or trucks allowed for owners/guests) which makes for a safe and peaceful haven for children and adults alike. A quick 20-minute water taxi or slightly longer ferry ride will you bring to the vibrant dining and shopping hub of Portland's Old Port.

I'm thrilled to introduce a rare opportunity in the desirable Burnell Cove on Sebago Lake, Maine. This beautiful property offers 650 feet of private lakefront, a pristine private beach, breathtaking sunset views, and a recently renovated cottage. The main home spans 3,100 square feet and features multiple stone fireplaces, a three-season porch with panoramic views, and expansive living areas. Additional highlights include an airplane hangar with grandfathered rights to fly, land, and store a helicopter or lake amphibian, and two private docks. This rare gem is a perfect blend of luxury and serenity. Please reach out for more details or to arrange a viewing.
