This property is an old Majorcan possession located next to the Cabo Blanco Lighthouse with views of the sea and the island of Cabrera with a watchtower and bunker with access to the sea.In 1575, with the visit to Mallorca of Don Juan of Austria, the construction of a defense tower against the alliance was discussed.
