Why this property will seduce you
- Exclusive Vineyard View: Panoramic vistas over 9 hectares of AOP Côtes de Provence vines.
- Restored Bastide: Generous volumes, cathedral living room, central kitchen.
- Independent Cottages: Three charming units with flexible accommodation capacity.
Between the hills of the Var and the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, Domaine Les Terres du Soleil spreads across 23 hectares of red Provençal earth, vineyards and oak woodland. Nine hectares are under vine: seven in AOP Côtes de Provence and two in IGP. The plots are planted with grenache, syrah, cinsault, rolle, cabernet sauvignon and merlot. The 2026 harvest was the first vintage vinified on site, in the estate's own cellar.
The main house is a restored stone bastide of about 257 sqm. On the ground floor, a 45 sqm kitchen with a central island is the heart of the house. Upstairs, a cathedral-ceilinged living room of more than 60 sqm, with exposed beams, opens south and east over the vines. The same floor holds three bedrooms, among them a 30 sqm principal suite with a dressing room and bathroom. Under the eaves, the top floor has two further bedrooms and a playroom. Outside, a 218 sqm terrace overlooks the vineyard.
Each of the three guest houses has its own entrance and its own character. Grenache has four bedrooms and sleeps eight. Syrah and Cabernet each have two bedrooms and sleep four. A reception building with a 100 sqm hall gives onto a salt-water pool, terraces with jacuzzis and grounds that can host up to 150 guests outdoors. The working side of the estate includes a vat room with ten renovated concrete tanks, storage and bottling barns, and staff or caretaker accommodation. The former sheepfold and a stone dovecote remain from the estate's agricultural past.
The A8 motorway is a few minutes away, Les Arcs TGV station is about fifteen minutes, the beaches of Sainte-Maxime about twenty-five, and La Môle Saint-Tropez airport about forty-five.
A working vineyard, a family house and a place to gather, all set in the same Provençal landscape.
