All our properties are located in the Gironde, which offers a wide architectural variety. In the center of Bordeaux, we specialise in 18th and 19th century apartments, but our main area of activity lies in the surrounding countryside, with charterhouses, mansions and luxury estates. We also have some wineries. The current lack of buyers has led to a slight slump in sales (about 5%) but it takes an average of six months to sell a property in town and one year in the countryside. Fortunately, the quality of life helps a lot: we’re only a 45-minute drive away from the ocean, and 2.5 hours from the Pyrenees. In another ten years, Bordeaux will probably become a very sought-after area.
