Architecture from the 50s, this building located on the second line of the Old Port, part of the post-war reconstruction project led by Gaston Castel, reveals on its 2nd floor with elevator a 107 m2 apartment offering, from its living room, a very pretty view of the Old Port and Notre-Dame de la Garde.
