Completely refurbished in 2021, the apartment has retained its original double-height volumes and its old features. The kitchen was designed at the entrance to preserve the volume of the living room. It is discreet, elegant, dressed all in black and well proportioned. Facing the view, the 30 m2 living room highlighted by its old beams literally plunges onto the masts of the boats. The play of light is repeated throughout the day and floods the space with colors. Upstairs, a mezzanine bedroom gives the workshop spirit to the place thanks to its wrought iron spiral staircase.
